Scam? What should I do?

I was trading with a very legit user or at least I think.
I send code $25 XBL I Reiceved my payment
I send the second code he says bro it's not working
I was very confused because this code was brand new and I
Scratched it off and sent imedelity. I bought these from the store to they weren't owned previously by someone else anyone got some tips?

 

I assume you can't recover the money back, so if you got scammed i doubt they will repay you but i wish you the best man.

 

I am not sure how xbl codes work, but usually with activation codes like these you can check when they were activated; if they were activated tonight during your conversation with said person, get them reported with all the proof you can show.

don't think there is a way, maybe you can try contact Microsoft or the people you purchased it off of.

 

If he scammed you, the only thing you can do at this point is report him HERE (follow the stickies), and hopefully he gets banned.

 

Fill out a scam report with the links given above. Get screenshots of trades, etc.

 

Oh yeah just provide proof of purchase and show you in Skype giving it to him. It is a tricky business selling them though as there's nothing to say you activated It your self.
