It's been 6 months since my previous pardon request, which can be found here for the newer mods:

Basically, for those that don't know, I was banned for having the intentions to scam. I did pay the $300 in full at the end to Dial as soon as he pulled up the scam report (please take that into consideration). It started off on a friday where me and Dial were dicing late at night and small increments turned into major bets due to my rage-betting and I completely admit and atone to my stupid mistake. I ended up losing a total of $300 to Dial and I had the thoughts of just running. I was 15 at the time and obviously $300 was a huge sum to me. I despise those thoughts and I can't apologize enough. I know how people feel when they get scammed because I've been in that position. Those thoughts just overcame me because of the amount of money the debt reached too. It was all my fault. I accept the fault. I am now 16, and I still keep in touch with some sythe members. I am sure some could vouch that I am trustworthy. It was a one-time mistake and I know I was being stupid at the time. I hope you can forgive me as I value my sythe account and my sythe friends. Thank you.

Silv just wanted me to set it straight since you guys would probably believe me with this over him: it didn't take a report to get him to pay it back. If you look over the evidence, he had agreed to a $150 pay back, work off the other $150, and he was going to SRB until it was all paid back so he wasn't a risk to any Sythe users. I believe the original $150 was already paid back at this point.

After he had requested a SRB that I made him request, I talked it over with some people and decided to actually report him to better protect the community from him (so he couldn't just request the SRB to be lifted).

I made a reply about his pardon in this section, not sure if it's archived or what, but it addressed a few points about the situation.

tl;dr: he paid back prior to me creating a report on him.

I support his unban, he has proven to be a trustworthy individual who got in way over his head and considered doing something bad, but never did it. Not sure if that statement is worth anything to you, but I'll leave it there regardless.

 

With this additional information I will change my earlier input to "Support".
