The Last Books You Purchased and Why

I just read for fun really, and I'm really into like fantasy / coming of age books. I usually buy 1-2 a week and read them on my kindle.

    Some of my favorite series:
    Eragon
Sorcerors Ring (Bought book.. 9? or 10 a few days ago)
Mageborn Series (Last book I read)

Divergent, wanted to read it before I watched in cinemas. First book I've read in 5 years.

Just recently bought most of the Ender Saga by Orson Scott Card on a friend's recommendation. The first one, Ender's Game, was the most popular book and was recently made into a movie, but there are a ton of spin-offs, prequels, and sequels to it that seem to be more mature imo.

I like criminology and serial killer shit. Havent bought much of that lately due to time. Picked up a new copy of Art Of War recently since my buddies puppy ate my first copy.

And no, the dog is no more tactful now than he was. What a gyp.

I don't usually buy books since my local library is pretty great, but the last book purchase I recall was Guns, Germs, and Steel by Jared Diamond. My history teacher had recommended it to me, so I bought it. It was definitely a good read.

Interesting. I don't read young adult books. They're usually thin of decent plot and full of high school drama.

I am a huge history and politics fan!
Though my never ending interest for history and politics focuses mainly on Europe lol. Not too big into American history sadly.

Last book: Visions of Annihillation by Rory Yeomans.
It is about the rise of fascism and racial politics in 20th century Europe.

Textbooks for sure. No time to just read for the sake of reading.
