Aroxezs Pardon - #5

Hi everyone.

It's been a while since I have actually been on this site, but I am going to try and attempt a pardon, for the fifth time, this evening. Without a doubt I have had a lot of downfalls during my reign at Sythe. Instead of talking about my personal life, what I have been up to, and such, I will get straight to the point. I am hoping this isn't too long or too wordy. It is quite unfortunate that I don't see many moderators that I knew doing my time here.

During the summer of 2011, I did something that caused me to become banned. Sometime in mid-July, I faked my Microsoft messenger being hacked. As mentioned in all of my previous pardons, there wasn't any intent to scam, but just to get publicity around my name. I only contacted three different people, one being Plznate, one being Karl, and the last being my old friend Brian (Runescapetm). There was a lot that went on during that, and Karl figured out that it wasn't actually me being hacked, but rather me staging it. It was an irrational decision of mine, and it shouldn't of been done. As mentioned beforehand, there were no scams taken place, nor was there any intent on scamming.

Next, was I ban evaded my initial ban, twice. One of the accounts being "Versa" in August 2011, and the other being Mr Tran, in June/July 2012. Fortunately for me, I was here to do some legitimate business trading, and had no intent to cause mischief, but breaking the rules is breaking the rules. Karl caught me ban evading using the program "Tor" when I was using the account "Versa", while FireZ (I think) caught me ban evading using the account "Mr Tran". As I said, I was only using those for legitimate use, but I do understand that punishment is punishment and my initial ban wasn't acceptable at all.

One last thing I did was pretend to be a new members here, and make a dispute. I attempted to persuade N4N0 into making me an account, because it wouldn't allow me to. Without a doubt, I was caught by him quickly, and realize how stupid of a mistake it was to do such a thing. I apologize that I can't remember the time-frame, but if I have to assume, I think it was in December 2012. It was quite unfortunate how many mistakes I made doing my tenure of being banned, especially in the beginning, where all I wanted was to come back.

Some side notes is that I remember that during my last pardon, I told Roary that I would put in that at one point during my time on Sythe I did owe him money. To be frank, I don't remember how much was owed, although that has been paid off for well over a year now. I believe he can confirm this as well.

I don't mean to go on and on here, and I feel like this isn't the longest pardon, but I do want you to know I am apologetic for all the mischief I caused years ago, and I don't mean any harm whatsoever. I would like to get back into the discussion here, and use my experience to help newer memebrs become more up and coming.

It was 70M that you promised to invest and instead took, around 45$ at the time. Plus 2 accounts you gifted me and later hacked back from me, technically. But we came to an agreement and it's settled, yep.

Regardless, that was years ago when we were both younger and stupid, I'm sure you'll agree, and I do believe you mean well. So, I will support.

I can't support this.

This is the one flaw to the pardon system.

People can keep coming back every 6 months and trying to pardon. Eventually staff will phase out and be replaced with new(er) users who don't know the full story or are completely oblivious to the ban in general, and blindly support pardons. 4 chances already, all denied either here or in USL. Enough is enough.

 

Agree n4n0, staff whom don't know the case should abstain from posting support. Also the fact that you need to post a 5th pardon is down right embarrassing. Moreover, you keep leaving information like the link that N4n0 posted. You aren't being completely sincere here in my opinion and it's why I am not supporting your pardon.

Nah I caught that, but to be honest after his 4th pardon attempt you think he could follow the template. :embar:

 

'tis new, old members don't tend to read stickies any more. I don't mind since we know the drill with this one.
