Reporting KMJT

I didn't want to make this report and I've gave him quite a lot of time to sort this situation out, but I've realised that if I do not ask him about it then he just completely forgets I ever asked for his help.

I bought an account off KMJT and at first everything seemed fine. He then went on to tell me that he botted the accounts he sold but then added that it was the "safest around". Then I got hacked.

I am not blaming KMJT for my account getting hacked as I got a RAT on my computer and for all I know it could have been from that. I messaged KMJT about my account on the 18/03/14 and asked him nicely if he could recover my account. To this day he still hasn't even tried to recover it.

Him telling me that he'll recover the account as long as I agree that if it's banned for botting it's not his fault, although earlier in the post I have shown proof that he admitted to botting this account:

If you aren't willing to give the right information to recover accounts or do it for your customer, then please don't sell accounts to people.

I do not want the account back now, I want to be refunded as this has taken far too long to sort out, when recovering an account takes about 5-10 minutes max.

Firsly: Clearing up few things
Your recovery was denied because you're not original owner / main user of accoutn for past years. I believe he gave you real info however even real info wont help you much with recovery process. When I sold one account and it got locked shortly after, buyer tried to recover account with exactly same info that I used to recover it. His appeal got denied mine was instantly accepted. That's how it works.

Secondly: Scam report
In first place KMJT will try to RECOVER account. If he can't do it, you may request him to refund. I have sent him PM with this scam report, I'll let you know when he responds/when you sort it out

You got hacked, so it's your problem. KMJT please send in a recovery attempt as soon as possible; he is right in saying this length of time is a bit unfair.

Sorry, but KMJT isn't liable to refund you on the grounds that it's your fault it got hacked and not KMJT's fault it got locked.

 

How would I know it wasn't KMJT? I don't, please don't point the finger when you don't know if it could have been anyone.

Also, I got the account locked from the hacker. I've been waiting for the account be recovered for a while and he isn't listening to me. If he gets away with selling accounts and won't recover them, maybe I should start selling accounts.

If he sells a product that isn't safe and that cannot be recovered then he shouldn't be aloud to sell accounts. I'm not blaming KMJT for anything, but the fact that he "doesn't know how to recover an account". How can you sell accounts without knowing how to recover them?

Hey buddy. Sorry about the whole account trouble. I just wanted to explain that we can't require KMJT to refund you for the exact reason you posted. We don't know who did it. This is why account trading is very risky. It's hard to prove if the seller recovered the account or if some hacker got it.

You even said you got ratted. Don't try and pull KMJT's reputation into the mud. You got ratted and lost control of an account he sold you. It is his responsibility to recover it but he did not recover it.

 

You just made completely no sense whatsoever. Yes I did get ratted, but I don't know if that's how the account got hacked. If he's going to sell accounts then he should sell them so that people can get them back if they lose them. I'm not blaming him for it getting hacked, I'm blaming him for not getting it back for someone who sent him $88 for the account. It's okay though because technically I have nothing to show for it, so I can charge back the money.

 

Thanks for being so polite unlike everyone else. I find it funny that he's the original owner and he's refusing to recover it... But that's aloud on Sythe!

 

No refund is necessary, but if the account isn't banned and you still want it, contact KMJT and ask him to try to recover the account. That's the best he can do, and I'm sure he'll help you out.

Though: If it's unrecoverable, there's not much that can be done since the person who RATed you has all the same info.
