This scam was done over 2 years ago, I don't know if he even still uses his Skype, and I cannot contact him via Sythe because he is banned and hasn't been active since November of 2012.

I talked to Roary about someone holding the money I owe him if he ever comes back and he replied with this: http://puu.sh/7PxSu.png and I am willing to give it to an administrator or someone I trust enough to hold the funds if need be.

Superman said don't bother re-pardoning until I have paid, but I simply cannot pay because I can't get in contact with him, so I am pardoning again.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I came out on my own. I took full responsibility for the scam I committed two years ago and I am ready to repay. I was looking through old screenshots and found my old name because I forgot it, and I wanted to set things right, so I pardoned.

I have done nothing wrong since I have been active on my new account, Fulla. I feel as though I have been a positive and active member of the Sythe community, and that is why I wanted to get the "vader" tag off of my chest (whether it was only me or anyone else who knew).

I have done a lot of trades here and all of them have been legit http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1687574-fullas-vouches.html and I would like to continue trading/spam foruming/everything else here on Sythe because I love it.

I hope you guys can understand, it's only been a couple days and I miss Sythe!!

No support here, you haven't repaid him and I want to see that happen before you are pardoned.

 

You have my support, the user hasn't been active for 2 years. I don't see Fulla as a threat and I trust that if the user shows up, he'll pay.

I wanna see more effort on trying to repay the victim. He didn't really hide the fact, otherwise we wouldn't me having this convo right now. He trying to do the right thing, and make it right so let's let him try and make it right by refunding the people who got scammed.

Also, I would like to add that I was contacting the wrong person, I did some detective work and found out his real Skype. I will continue sending these messages daily or every couple days.

Hello, I guess this is a final post before my pardon is denied/whatever.

I am continuing to try to get in contact with the person I scammed years ago, however he has not added me. (http://puu.sh/844lC.png)


To be honest, I don't know why I ever pardoned myself. If I had known that it would have been this hard to get unbanned, I would have never done it.

I am on a completely different IP, skype, etc, and there is probably no way anyone could ever figure out that I was ban evading.

I thought that it would be pretty easy to obtain 5 supports from the moderators, but I guess I was wrong.

I came out on my own - no one caught me, and I have been trying to contact the guy I have scammed and cannot get in contact with him. I honestly don't get why this would be denied - yes I made some foolish decisions in the past but I have been legit ever since.

I have added several moderators on Skype to try to get their input and I barely got a response, and now no one is looking at my appeal.

I could have easily came on here and attempted to scam some more, but I didn't even think about it. I came here to be legit, and I wanted to get this off my chest. Guess it was the wrong decision to try to make things right.


If you really think I'm a plague to this community, I'll see you guys in 6 months with another pardon attempt.
