Default PM / Thread Icons

I'll keep this short and sweet.

I'd like to see something implemented where it allows us to specify a particular icon we would like to use as default. Currently the "No icon" button is automatically selected but I feel as though it'd be better to allow the user to choose their default icon. I know you can choose it manually which takes little to no time at all, but it doesn't seem like something which would be difficult to code at all.

Cliffs:

OMG i love this idea. I always have to click the icon I want and its becoming annoying I support

 

It should take less than 5 seconds to locate and click on the icon depending how many you have available.

This sounds like it would be a good $5 donor perk.

 

Support, makes the boring thread page a tad more interesting.

Ability to use miniranks and icons? Custom thread icons for $100 donors (as current reward isn't worth the double imo)

Impossible, as said by Matthew.
All the donors are in 1 usergroup, and those permissions can only be assigned to specific usergroups.

I'll support this, even though this suggestion is only very useful for OMM's as they always try to user their special icon

I will throw in my support. I would love to see this as a donor perk [Possibly the $25 mark to give it something to strive for.]

Support from me, but not for $25 donors+. It should be available for type of donors and that way people that have their own shops will donate to create their own icon.

 

Probably won't happen, seems like something Sythe/Matthew would have to do. Roary would have to put it on that to-do list
