False accusations...Banned.

Okay, someone claimed that I am "Just2dope" and I got banned because I was selling an account that someone got scammed for. I swapped an account with "Just2dope" for the 99 fletching account that someone claims they got scammed for. Also, I wrote on the selling thread "I am the original owner." which I only did because it was a pre-written layout I took from "Just2dope"s account selling threads, and because he gave me the OK to claim I was the original owner. I have known "Just2dope" for a couple months now. He sold me a 92 fishing account, that I used for a while, and I quit RuneScape a couple months ago. If you look on my vouches, he vouched that I purchased the 92 fishing account from him. When I came back from my hiatus, and went on Skype, he offered to sell me a 99 fletching account for the 92 fisher, which I accepted. I didn't know that he had scammed it, or any of that jazz. Now, everyone is claiming that I am him, but my question is: Why would I have 2 registered sythe accounts at the same time, and why would I have conversations with myself on Skype, dated before all this mess even came around? If this isn't proof enough that I am not him, I don't know what is.

Any other emails mentioned that you may have saw, was me using one of his extra accounts to swap everything off of the 92 fishing, onto it, and then onto the 99 fletcher. The reasoning behind me using an extra account of his is because at the time, I didn't have another account. Now, the reasoning behind me selling the 99 fletcher, is because he also sold me a level 91 fletching account, so I no longer had use for the 99 fletching.

I have traded many accounts with Just2dope, and he has never recovered/scammed me in any possible way with lots of wealth presented to him so I felt comfortable claiming that I was the original owner of the account.

 

Since this took place on the 23rd I'm inclined to believe it, but selling a banned users goods/this whole situation is sketchy so if you're gonna be unbanned, it'll be with a TWC.

I'll wait for a second staff opinion, if they're good with it, I'll unban with a TWC.
