What would be the task of a Verifier?

 

I would like to know what a verifier is, because I would gladly learn to be one!

 

I guess its to help decide whether somebody is worthy of being a 'Verified lol booster'

 

Believe he means people who verify boosters to see if they're actually capable of playing in the division that they claim to be from.
