[IT / HTML]Need little help with HTML homework - menu bar

Basicly, I need to create something that would work smiliar to this bar:






Need 2 rows/2 blocks of each so I'll understand how it works and I'll add myself the rest

Any help is appreciated

It has to be just html, CSS can't be used

 

Not sure exactly what your looking for, but I've just done a similar homework my self. If you want to add a table in, this is the code;

<p><TABLE BORDER="5" WIDTH="35%" CELLPADDING="4" CELLSPACING="3">
<TR>
<TH COLSPAN="2">
</TH>
</TR>

This will make you a Title to your table, to continue to add rows/colums you add

<TR>

<TD> </TD>

<TD> </TD>

</TR>

put your writing in between the <TH> </TH> for the title, and then your writing in between the <TD> </TD> for the rows.

I've put two <TD> </TD> in between the <TR> </TR> as each time you write TR it will create a Column with two rows, so to right in the first row it would be <td> </td> then to right in the second you just do the same again.
