    Explanation of the trade: I was going to buy a $25 amazon gc for some bitcoins. Not knowing how to buy btc with a visa gift card, I offered to let him buy it for me, as the gift card didn't have much money on it left anyway. He then spent all the money on it right away and gave me fake codes that either didn't work or were already claimed. I do understand that it's my bad for being careless and giving him the code of the card first.
    How they scammed: Being careless, I gave him the gift card info first and he spent it all.
