CniRSgp had scammed a user in our public teamspeak by cancelling a payment of $10.50 to him http://i.imgur.com/fbJLm0l.png

In his unban appeal, he claims that this trade with the other user never even took place (he thought he would be able to get away with scamming this user since the other user did not know his Sythe account, or a confirmation PM)

To confirm the paypal was the same one as the cancelled payment, I had one of my workers do a transaction to get a Sythe PM to confirm that he was the one who had scammed.

Once he was banned on Sythe, he confessed to scamming the user, so I think he's a little bit off by saying the trade never took place: http://i.imgur.com/TDwM2jP.png http://i.imgur.com/ZdzhW9r.png

IP matches and such to be PMed to staff if needed
