Exiled Dragons Banned?

Hello, I was helping my friend dispute his ban on sythe.org, his name is Berserker Pur3 and I am not him and he does not use my account to use sythe. I was simply wandering why did I get banned for no reason as I have not scammed anyone and I was in a middle of a order when you banned me. now I may not be able to carry on with that order as im currently banned..
