I posted a video, bragging about a scam that I did at the duel arena in 2011.
This post was made on account "Joopii" and both, the post and the video have been deleted. The scam amount was total of 500m-550m. I would be more than happy to refund the victims, but unfortunately I cannot, since it's been almost 3 years since it happened.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims
The only proof that I can give is to say that it is impossible to contact these victims, because i don't know their Runescape names. How the scam worked was that i was doing the "doubling money" scam with an expensive gear and paying out the small trades and then scamming the bigger ones. I had never met the victims before and all this happened within 15 minutes time period and all communication was done via Runescape, which means that now almost 3 years after, it is impossible to contact the victims when I don't even know their Runescape names.

About 8 months after this, i created my own gambling friends chat, "Twisty" fc along with old Fishy ranks after Fishy himself was banned. 3 months after this when Oldschool Runescape was launched, Twisty turned into a gold exchanging clan.

At this point, i came back to Sythe and i created an account with name "Ossi".
I used this account mostly for gold selling, swapping and for trading rare Runescape names.

At that time, I did not remember at all that I had a Sythe account before this, since Sythe wasn't a big part of my Rs career back then and I never used it actively, I'm not even sure if I ever tried to log on my original account, "Joopii", after posting the scamming video and getting banned.

In may 2013, I posted a thread advertising my gold swapping clan, Twisty friends chat in this thread:

Shortly after this, a moderator, "Video", posted on the thread: "This guy and/or his partner is a scamming ban evader" and banned me.

I was very confused at this point, since I didn't know why I was accused for ban evading, so I posted a dispute, claiming that I am not a ban evader. The appeal was denied and they told me to submit a high pardon. (I couldn't find this thread.)

At this point, I still did not remember that I ever used account "Joopii" on Sythe, so I went to post another appeal claiming that "Ossi" was my only Sythe account ever.

You can find the thread here, Dave posted on it saying that my appeal was denied and that I could try again in 6 months.

I'm not sure why he said this though, because I posted a dispute for my ban and not a high pardon, which he suggested I do here (the thread above was a response to the one below).

Because of this, I've been waiting for a long time to post a high pardon and realized that I never even posted one in the first place, so I've been waiting a long time for no reason now.

I thought that I was judged mistakenly, so I tried to contact several admins and moderators and finally I got in touch with Roary, who was very helpful and he linked me the account "Joopii" profile and told me
that this was the reason why I was banned. (This wasn't the reason given in my disputes, though.)

I deeply regret my previous, foolish actions, which I hope that you can forgive.
I believe that I am trustworthy enough to be given a second chance.

I would also like to mention that within the past year, I have done tens of thousands of dollars worth trades with many well-known Sythe members.
I am also the Co-owner of the largest RuneScape gambling website, http://bigboibets.com/, along with my partner, iZinC.

You probably are familiar with my site if you have seen the banner I purchased on top of Sythe.

I am also a sponsor on PB (profile link: http://www.powerbot.org/community/user/1147938-joopiiossi/) with 154, 100% positive feedbacks, which I gained from a few months of gold selling, which I no longer do on PB.

Hopefully I can return to Sythe, with a fresh start and have a good time with the community, together with extending my business.

I really hope that there are enough staff members to support me and I want to thank you all who are willing to support and vouch for me.

You can't even repay the scammed users, I don't even want to see you on Sythe honestly unless something can be done about repaying the victims.

I don't care when it happened. As for the donating 1b Rs3 GP, I'll leave that open for other staff opinions, maybe it can be used for CDT events and such. Again I'll leave that for other staff opinions.

I think that you should of at least asked me about this before making any conclusions or actions about this.
"Leetnewb" indeed is not my Sythe account, the thread you linked included a scam report of that user and he was blamed for scamming and they said that i am "Leetnewb", however there was no evidence at all of this.

I've known "Leetnewb" aka. "Juuso" and in this image below you can see that i have this "Julberoidi" added on Skype, which is the Skype name that you can find in some of Leetnewbs posts.

Between 2011 and 2013 i sold 100000€+ worth of RSGP to him and i can show you chat logs of me talking to him on Skype from past three years, also i can show you bank transactions of all this payments if necessary.
You can add my Skype, "Erkonkolme" if the evidence above is not enough.

I'd like to get this thread removed, or at least title changed (don't want people to find this when they Google "Joopii" or "Bigboibets", especially when a staff member sort of approved it):
