Loodlepro requesting a pardon for scamming

-Lost control of my account for a day while traveling. Left my computer logged in and my 12-year old brother impersonated me for an afternoon and gave a customer a poor experience, who then complained on my thread. He urges others to "avoid this booster at all costs". When I get back I try to contact the customer about a refund, but he's already removed himself on skype and won't respond on sythe. I report the post containing the scathing review and get banned. 2 months later and I'm finally getting to the point where I can un-do the damage this asshole has caused.
