Some of us trade hundreds, even thousands of dollars on the site. If you don't run into any technical problems and your buyer/seller is clean and professional it's usually fine. But when you have problems on the site their customer service is a drag. Any of us who have had to request assistance by them to fix a problem will know this. Because Sythe is a massive community and a lot of us use PA I think as a community we need to put some kind of pressure on them, like all of us agreeing to send in complaint emails within a short space of time so they actually listen.

The reason why they are successful is the protection they provide with the trades, thats why they have to be held for so long. They will not change that.

As for delayed transactions and customer service bs, I gave traded 4 times so far and have not come into this and I hope I do not :D

No need. If you're unsatisfied with PA or they're customer service, just don't use them...

Edit: Or alternatively, post here or PM their sales rep.

Yep. PA has always been great for me, so I would see no need of doing anything to them that's bad.

Pretty sure Sythe won't make that big of an impact, they are all foreign mother fuckers who don't give a shit.

Secondly, I really don't see how you can run into that many technical problems. The site is pretty self explanatory. If you are having a problem, then what is it? Maybe I can help.

I guess that depends on how your define foreign mofo's.

I myself was born and raised in Southern California. My Business Deputy is an attorney who left New York City to join us. Our Marketing Manager is a from Germany (and his team consists of a gal from hawaii, a belle from bulgaria, and a dude from the UK).

While I understand the idea that "sythe won't make that much of an impact", because that would be true for most companies. But at PA (and many of you know me from this), we actually try to go out of our way to correct mistakes, and to engage with our user base. That being said, I encourage people to get in touch with us, or approach us. As long as I am running things, we'll have an open door policy for people who are intelligent, respectful, and have at least the same aims as us (pro-safe trading).

Our mission isn't about making money (anyone in business would tell you, that a c2c business model works on razor thin profit margins), our mission is about legitimizing safe trade and to establish the rights of gamers to trade their digital assets in secondary markets (just like it is perfectly legit and okay, to buy a toyota, and re-sell it on eBay). And part of caring about this, is engaging with our user base, and working together to solidify safe trade, so that one day, when regulators take a look at this industry, they will be able to see that it is not all about brigands and theives and scammers.

This day is fast approaching my friends, especially with digital currencies taking up a lot of spotlight lately (via bitcoin, and other crypto's).

Last time I used PA, it went bad for me. My trader claimed he never got the 70m gold which led to a dispute on both pa and paypal. This took up to more than 2 weeks, and the money on paypal was charge backed for a while. I emailed them constantly, got no response. I even contacted them on their live chat service only to get ignored after explaining the situation. This was 2-3 years ago though.

What is it about the process you do not like, and if you could make changes, what would they be?

    Cheers,
