If the dragon ball miniranks are suggested, then I think this minirank should be added. One would only receive it if they were possession of all seven dragon balls on their sythe account. (I imagine it would be added in a similar way to the "achieve x post count in certain forums" miniranks). Once one obtains it, they can't lose it, even if they end up losing the dragon balls (if the dragon balls can be traded).
