What happened:

I bought an account off superfluous and it was recovered. I asked him several times if he could try getting the account back for me and he told me that he would ask the original owner http://prntscr.com/2oxpjf . I then explained to him that i've been having alot of bad luck buying accounts throughout many various forums. http://prntscr.com/2oxo9c And i was quite surprised when the one he sold me got recovered, I Believed he was trusted because i saw the mass amounts of vouches he has acquired. after doing all this superfluous tried to frame me for TWC which was removed today because i showed immediate proof to ziggily on skype screenshare.

 

I can confirm that I did look at the entire chat as mentioned above. I would like for another moderator to take a look at this as I feel I am too close to the case and I have expressed why to N4n0. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I would advise that Planet upload the entire conversation un cropped so that the mod in question can see for themselves.

 

Please prove it was recovered. Also considering you've had so many accounts recovered, you should consider the fact it's possible your computer is not secure. Why did you ask Superfluous last month to recover the same account and why did you leave it out of the story? Why did you wait a whole month before you insisted on a refund?

As for Superfluous he's contacting the original owner and will see if the original owner will recover it on your behalf.

 

My computer is absolutely secure, I was stating to him that i had some other accounts i purchased from not particularly trusted people on other forums that got recovered, but when i stumbled upon the one he sold me being recovered i was in shock because of his mass amounts of vouches that have been acquired on sythe. As for not trying to login to it for 1 month, I had other 07 accounts and the main did not have membership on it, and since it was a 2007 account which requires membership in order to login, I left it as it is.

 

Please address the second half of my post.

I have gone ahead and emailed jagex and got proof that it was infact recovered.

Any staff member that wants links showing the username to provide evidence that it is the correct account can ask me for a PM on sythe

Background/Character sketches:
-Just noting that I bought the account in question from a friend of mine. He created the account and did not recover it. If any staff want this skype conversation, just ask. Not posting it here because it's on my personal skype. The login is the name one of his family members, so there were no intermediate owners. I wouldn't have bought the account if I didn't trust him entirely. Both he and I are still willing to submit recoveries for the account once it's been proven that the account was, in fact, recovered.
-Planet bought two accounts from me last year. He paid cash; I only took cash since he admitted to being a lurer, and I didn't trust him (if you want pictures of this just ask; they're on my old skype so I'd prefer not to have to dig them up if they're unnecessary). Either way, there's a character profile for you that's supported by Farcast's comments above.
-Furthermore, Planet has admitted that he's lost 3 accounts to recovery within the past week (http://puu.sh/6GJ6l.png) and is still trying to sell accounts on Sythe. If you truly had accounts compromised, I doubt you would keep selling the ones you have left since they likely came from untrustworthy origins. His skype could easily have been compromised; I'm not saying that it was, but wouldn't that explain everything?

Moving forwards:
-I reported Planet two days ago because he asked me several times to recover accounts for him on a whim. He tried this once on Jan 9th (http://puu.sh/6GIbz.png) and was clearly content with me not recovering it for him at this time. This is still TWC-worthy today.
-On Jan 10th has asked me about Farcast's account (http://puu.sh/6GIdb.png). Still not sure why he would even ask me--a random third party at this point--for help getting a refund for an account that I didn't sell him. Suspicious but not report-worthy… yet.
-Yesterday, he asked me to recover the first account again. I said no until he could provide proof that the account was recovered. Still waiting on that proof. He filed a counter-report. Here he is refusing to send in a report for the account as of a day ago (http://puu.sh/6GIAa.png). Note that this is important because within the next 20 hours he will show James "proof" of his submitting an email to Jagex and getting a response extraordinarily quickly (http://puu.sh/6Jbuy.png).
-Now Planet has apparently refused to take the account back as compensation. So it seems that I have no choice now but to repay him. I can't recover the account to give it back to him as proof that his recovery try was invalid, and I can't prove my innocence (i.e., showing that his report was bogus) without recovering the account.

The argument:
-There is still no proof that the account was recovered. Honestly, if I was trying to get a refund for an account, I would post the emails I sent to/from Jagex really big on the top of my report. It’s kind of strange that he’s so reluctant to do so. He won’t send the proof to me even.
-There is still no proof of him submitting a recovery attempt for the ACCOUNT IN QUESTION to Jagex. I offered to give James (and any other staff) the account information if they’re able to verify that the account he supposedly sent an email in for is the one in question. Only usernames show up in accounts reports, so there will have to be some backtracking done, but I’m sure this is possible.
-The "proof" Planet has apparently shown James (which I still haven't seen and James admitted is not yet proof at all: http://puu.sh/6Jacn.png and http://puu.sh/6J9XU.png) took less than 20 hours to elicit a response from Jagex. Planet himself showed here (on Jan 10th) that it normally takes longer than this amount of time to get a response: http://puu.sh/6J9PP.png. Entrr showed here that it took 2 days for an (expedited) report on a pmod account: http://puu.sh/6J9UF.png. Personally, I've never had a response from Jagex for anything come through in less than a week. This seems like a really opportune time to him to be getting ultra-quick responses...
-Update (an hour later): The emails that he sent Jagex lack the necessary account information to merit a recovery. He could have easily sent them from a public computer that he used the account on in the past. This would give the “you’ve been here before but aren’t the current owner” response.

The precedent:
-What's the precedent that's about to be set here? If anyone buys an account, claims it was recovered, and refuses to take the account back as compensation, are they entitled to a refund if they can send off any old account recovery email?

I contacted superfluous last year, offering to pay cash for his main account for 1.7b (which I purchased and sold earlier for 1.5b to Venom007)
I only offered cash to superfluous because I had no paypal at the time. I admit to being a luring in the past but to my accusations, luring is not against sythe.org rules.
I have lost 3 accounts to recovery and I simply stated this because i was making a comparison towards not trusted people I bought accounts off and superfluos whom account he sold to me got recovered.
My computer is NOT infected as I have many mules on RS3 with over 2billion rsgp that have been untouched. Throughout my experience dealing with superfluous, when i ask him to atleast send an appeal for me for the account i purchased, he said no.
I have suspicion that the account I purchased isnt safe and has had multiple owner(s). I emailed jagex and questioned why the account was taken from me, they responded that they believe another 'user' should be in control as they have supplied greater evidence of being the true account owner. http://prntscr.com/2pbt1c http://prntscr.com/2p7lfc
As for farcast, he refunded the amount that i payed for the account because he got it for free and I lost it within the span of 1-2 days. He said i didn't need to show proof in the teamspeak because he trusted my word.
What should we all learn from this? I think we should learn that buying an account off someone and expecting to sell it on sythe.org to make PROFIT because of your sythe reputation being good doesn't necessarily mean that you know if there has been other owners to the account. because the 07 account he sold me is not secure.

Why was Planet's TWC removed?

 

Proof was shown to contradict what the TWC was requested for. I requested the removal.
