Feedback for the recover system on sythe

My account got hacked a Long time ago and was banned as a precaution (no offences) and like AGESSSS ago.
I tried to recover it 2 months ago with this thread

I posted the required virus scan etc,,,

1 week later, i got a PM from superman for my security question which I had forgotten since i made the account some time ago. but I had all kinds of other evidence to show that I am indeed the owner of the account and I could prove myself. However, Superman did not have the privileges to recover accounts without the security question therefore he said to me
"I'm sorry to hear, but there's literally nothing I can do.."

He referred me to NANO and Roary.

Almost 2 months later, i have not heard anything from them

Like seriously? Is this how the system works? I'm sure Sythe can do better than this. I followed all the steps and then get ignored for no reason.
I might understand this if i perhaps scammed money or something, but i had NO offences under my name, I don't see why I cant get my account back when it was just banned as a precaution. I am still using my original email that i registered to Sythe with and I still have my original skype accounts etc. I even have my paypal and yea.

I hope Sythe sorts this out fast because this is kinda ridiculous. I really want to get into the wow gold market and i really donit want to make a new account as I was a trusted and loyal member and its kinda unfair.

So please get the things together! and sorry if its in the wrong section but i guess this is a recommendation to improve the recovery system

With your case in particular, there isn't enough proof to show that you're the original owner. When you replied that you had other types of evidence (not just recovery phrase), I suggested you contact Roary or n4n0 because I think they'd be the only ones able to authorize an account recovery based off of other information such as forms of proof you mentioned. For example, I don't have access to transaction IDs for donors or original passwords, so even you gave ones that matched, I wouldn't even know.
