I scammed a member for 60m RS3 on the 7th of January 2013, it was a bad mistake on my side, the reason I scammed him was at the time I had no gold on RS3 and had never been rich on RS this scam was my gateway to riches (atleast i believed at the time) This is obviously not true and I now know and understand the circumstances associated with scamming. I have now officially refunded the user.

Proof of refund:
The off-site site that I scammed the user on was Powerbot, so I got the user to confirm my refund via my unban request on Powerbot which can be found here: http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1143771-requesting-unban/
