Ashop may be a scammer.

Please keep in mind I am not 100% sure of this case. That's why I'm posting this topic in the first place.
I hope you guys can find something, either prooving or disproving ashop is a scammer.

tl;dr
ashop was founder of a private server, zarketh.official skypename scammed somebody and is banned now.
Your "job" is to evaluate my proofs, and see if I'm right or wrong.

After doing some digging, turns out there were two people working on Zarketh. Apparently shop was one, and the other was graphics global. Graphics global vaded on this acc -
