Reporting Just for scamming

I bought the name "reef" off the user "Just" on sythe. Long story short, the name got leaked, and I got the name back and placed on that same account the user was na***********@yahoo.com. So months down the line the account which originally had "reef" on it, gets locked and I re-add him on skype and ask him to unlock my account. I get this as a response:

"[1/18/2014 6:37:51 PM] Ned: How about fuck off, you bought if off arron who I said was a hacker and you changed the name to "Ned the Nerd". Aaron is the original owner because he sniped it onto a new account. Got scammed twice by aaron sucked in faggot"

He then tells me he isnt the original owner of the Email and that he cant recover it, nor will he. In his name selling thread it states:

"Every account has a throw away email on it which I will trade to you with the account and any other info you may need. I own all of the accounts and always have and they have never been in someone else's possession."

So he is lying to his customers about having complete ownership of all emails/accounts?

My conversation with Ned when i orginally bought the name reef. He confirms and gives me the login details to the account.

Our conversation when I re-add him on skype to recover the account or refund me completely. He then blocks me in the long run as you can see and deleted me off skype, blaming it on me, when he isnt even telling the truth to his customers about his complete ownership of all accounts/emails.

Edit: I purchased namesteal1629 from ned, and he is entitled to return the account that i purchsed or refund me. Im not trying to cause troubles I just want my account that I rightfully purchased off him.
