Six requesting a pardon for scamming before joining Sythe and ban evasion.

I have created this account solely for requesting a pardon and talking with the Sythe.org staff. It has been nearly two years since my last pardon request.

    Your profile link: http://www.sythe.org/members/76059-six.html
Report/post/reason that got you banned: N/A. Steph/Unknown banned me after talking with Deacon Frost. I can not remember which administrator it was.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: See below.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: N/A
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

    [EVENTS]
I've been able to find more information regarding the events since leaving the site.

Here is the link to how I scammed: http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/statraiserx/

I abandoned the petition on February 12th, 2006. On July 26th of the same year I closed the petition after seeing users still posting on it. I was, and still am, unable to delete the petition as the account [email protected] has been stolen, and I have forgotten the login details for the Petitionspot account.

The majority of emails sent to me contained the login details for level 3 accounts. The only stolen account was given back when I left the site. I do not have any other proof of returning the account. I previously incorrectly stated that two accounts had their passwords changed. I believe I was mistaken and the correct number was only one. The majority of the posts on the petition by my name were not me.

After joining the website in January 2007 after the extended downtime, I became a User Educator and eventually Head User Educator within a few months. Having Head User Educator privileges gave me access to IP address lookups in the modCP.

Around June 2007, Sythe user WoW_Owns threatened to release details regarding my previous scamming unless I gave him IP details of various members. WoW_Owns was convinced that the moderators were breaking rules/scamming without repercussions. He asked me to give him the IP information on users' accounts to prove they had been banned for serious rule violations.

I posted here confessing to lying about the blackmail. The confession was a lie. I was still afraid of the details getting out because I knew I would be banned for the things I did before joining the site. It was another attempt to hide this. I confessed truthfully to Deacon Frost, who was another User Educator and prominent member of the forum at the time, linking him the petition on IRC or MSN (can not remember which one). I was banned after Deacon conversed with Unknown and revealed what I had told him.

I also evaded my ban with three accounts. Three is the number I remember, but the number may not be accurate due to the length of time that has passed. I have not evaded the ban in approximately four years.

    Usernames:
    Surf
I Love WoW Sucks (account appears to have been hacked/stolen around Jan 11th, 2009. I was not aware of this)
    Ekthador

Two of the three accounts were banned for ban evasion. I believe they were banned after saying I was Six, and not for other reasons like scamming. I also became a User Educator again on Ekthador. ILWS appears to have been hacked.

    [WHY SHOULD I COME BACK?]
15 is a common age for choosing to do stupid things. What I did with scamming when I was 15 was both stupid and wrong. I am only glad that I didn't permanently hurt someone with my actions.

Eight years of change and maturing, both emotionally and psychologically, can be astounding. In 2010 I began changing the way I think (with help from the Air Force Psychologists) and it has been for the better. It made me see everything in a better light. It's been eight years since the scam and about six years and six months since being banned from Sythe. I clashed with a few people during my time here, but I think I was known for mostly good things. I didn't always have the best of attitudes, and I apologize for that. I tried my best with the User Education Team and tried to make the forums a better place for discussion.

I'm hoping to come back and do the same kind of good. I'd like to prove that I am a better person; not by words, but by actions. Since my last pardon request, I recognize VERY few names on the moderation team. I would not be surprised if the majority of them do not know me or the events that happened. I am hoping that will not cause this request will not be unnoticed like my last one. I am always willing to answer questions for those who would like more information to help them with their decision. I apologize for the wall of text, but I wanted to include as much information as possible.

    Thank you.

The only thing I can do is post an entirely new thread. I also can not private message the Sythe staff. This was the only reason for creating a new account.

I find this hard to do while being asked to log in on every page.

    Any tips?

Yeah you just make a new thread each time and we will merge them to main topic.

which staff members do you need to contact?

Since the thread has been mostly ignored up until this point, all of them. A few days remain and I'd be happier if some of the staff could reply and give their opinion. Being denied is a better resolution than being unnoticed for me.

    Thanks again.

It's been 7 days without enough support, try again in 6 months.

    Denied.
