These I can't comment on. However, if they all got banned for scamming, were able to pardon after 6 months and reapply for mmo, then this is what should happen with JG.

 

i don't see the point you guys are making lol n4n0 did the same EXACT thing jack did. there's nothing different between their situations. n4n0 served ban time for like a week, and that's only because staff was voting on his pardon.

 

Neno was banned for as long as welfspod, it was at least a month

OK, so a week. Still it's better than just instantly pardoning him and him getting OMM back immediately. I am not saying he is a risk. I personally would have preferred 6 months but, as long as it meets the same criteria as the others than I am for it, whatever that may be. Perhaps pardon him after a week and allow him to reapply for OMM in 6 months?

Incorrect. Upper leveling voting takes UP TO 2 weeks, meaning if the poll passes/fails within an hour, the request is processed as per the results. It doesn't just sit there a full two weeks if a majority has already been reached lol.

 

Just let him be he is not here to defend himself so why talk about em. Thought it took six months to be pardoned.

I've known jack for maybe 6-7 years now, and I will say he wasn't. Knowing him on a personal level at the time made me understand things about him that a lot of people on this site will not. People often make mistakes, often we are faced with hardships which make us think irrationally, you're judging a person from a black and white aspect. Although what he has done is wrong, I will support him. Not because he's my friend because I genuinely believe he is not a threat. Even then, I have seen some far worse people be pardoned. Also knowing his character I can confidently say he has not thought about this action for the years that he did not fess.

All in all I do not support a pardon system as I do not believe high end rules such as scamming should be forgiven.
