Got Weed Requesting a Pardon for Scamming

Hello, over the past year or two years I've matured and realized that what I did was completely out of line, and I've spent nights and days going over it in my head and how to approach the situation. I deeply regret ripping the people off that I did, and I'm taking full responsibility for all the things that I've done, and I don't think I could live with myself knowing that I still scammed somebody, because even during that time I would of never done something like that in real life, even if it was 1000x more money.

Barbed - I scammed 500M (We agreed on $300 at the time) and he gave me the 500M and then I gave him an unloaded MoneyPak and there was never enough evidence to ban me.

I admit, I was going to scam him for the 2B. But he NEVER traded it to me. I am telling the complete truth right now, I can't live with scamming somebody on my conscience because of the way I am. I remember going through and found he lied about selling the other 3B because there was no vouches and the sellers had no recollection of it, but since I didn't have the best tract record the benefit of the doubt was pretty much out the window. All this was, was based off of chat logs.


I scammed about $100 in misc. trades that I have no clue who the member is nor how to get in contact with them that I'd like to either donate to a charity w/ proof of receipt or donate to Sythe to help the site out without receiving any rank or recognization for it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: During my early teen years I was going through a lot of stress from a really bad injury that never healed, as well as bad anxiety that resorted to me being on the computer all the time instead of doing anything else, which led to a huge gambling problem. I eventually became a host in Dragon Dyce (Nepter) and didn't take the job seriously and was banned, and that's when my gambling addiction got a lot worse. I started doing things to get money for gambling, even though I told myself things like "If I gamble one thing I'm going to do something really bad etc. etc." but it didn't help.
Eventually I overcame my gambling addiction and was left with a lot of people being scammed out of their money. Over the past few months it's really been hanging over my head because I'm not that kind of person, and in real life you could trust me with literally anything because I care more about people's well being than I do anything else. I completely take responsibility for my actions and I want to do all I can to repay the victims which I scammed, the ones who confessed and the ones who didn't, because I am the complete opposite of that kind of person, and I think it will bug me for a very long time if I don't make things right, right now.


I evaded one time trying to start a legitimate business but was eventually caught, I think the account was called KnowP.

I am banned on Powerbot (Countysnarf) because of the actions I partook in on Sythe and Bitcointalk.org , and I never changed the Skype name I used.

He says he was told to take screenshots of everything, so he literally took screenshots of everything. So his excuse was switching computers to load RS, and why would he then not take ANY screenshots while we are trading the gold, switching computers doesn't stop you from taking screenshots, and also notice when he said he trades me the gold he doesn't give me any time to confirm it's me or not, and I don't think I was even at the spot when he started saying I traded him. If someone was so adament about taking screenshots to avoid being scammed and other security procedures, why would he just trade over 2000M (I think $1000 at the time) without even confirming through Skype. The time in between his messages, he made it so I had no time to respond that I'm not there or anything. On top of that, he files a perfect scam report within minutes, so obviously he was some kind of vader. I was banned for this for over-paying for gold, because this idiot somehow forgot to take pictures of the most important part of the trade while he was adament about taking pictures of everything else. There's no reason I would lie about this, I don't even have to come back and pay the people I owe that confessed or didn't confess, but I feel I have to in order to move on with my life. If a mod could PM me or contact me in some way in regards of the money that I owe that the victim might not be able to claim that would be great, I have the funds and I can get them to whoever needs them as soon as we've come to a resolution. Thank you.

If nobody comes forward to claim their money I will give it all to a trusted source to either donate to a charity or to Sythe for future upgrades/maintenance (or to hold until they come on Sythe again)

 

I'm glad you're repaying people, but you were sketchy as hell if I remember right. I'm going to go with no support on this one, I'll probably support you next time around.

@Dialatic's response to my pardon - He is a complete joke, I was a big troll back then and what I said about Blupig was meant to be a joke, and I told him somewhere down the line I was just messing with him.

Second of all, since HE was middlemanning the trade, and the other guy was from another forum, I didn't see any reason why he wouldn't be able to vouch for me for the trade since HE was middlemanning it, so I could receive a vouch for it.

As for the guide I was selling, it was a legit guide, but it was a blackhat guide as well since it was a type of glitch on a site. If you ask Pockets he can go into detail about why you don't want to get a legit guide/script verified, as I was going to buy one off him for $600 but he required that if I was going to use an MM/Verifier than I would have to pay for that copy too.


The main point I'm making is I don't care if I'm banned or unbanned, Dialatic going on about how it will decrease the chances of the people being re-paid is irrelevant, and everything he said is irrelevant (Besides the MoneyPak issue). I'm paying the people back whether I'm unbanned or not.

 

I've requested through PM that I will send the remainder of the money I owe ($455) to an admin to hold until the victims return and claim it, or if not to be donated to Sythe, and in return have my account completely deleted. And then in 6 months I will try another pardon to see if I will be allowed back into Sythe. I'm ashamed of what I did, I know it's hard to trust someone over the internet. Hopefully I will be able to come back to Sythe in 6 months and start fresh. Thanks for your input and taking the time to go over my pardon.

Not only are staff members not obligated to hold your money, they should not be taking it. Please refrain from requesting a pardon until everyone has been paid back - you'll have to wait for their response.
