I'd just like to say, this person was totally legit at the beginning and even upto today. He gave me the recoverie questions about a month after the trade and was fine about it. He has now blocked me on Skype and I am unable to contact him. The password has now been changed and I do have over 180M on the account and I trained the account majorly; http://puu.sh/6k6pS.jpg

 

PM'd him, he's got 24 hours to explain himself or I'll be banning him.

to other staff: if you see him roaming the market, please ban him ASAP.

 

Thanks for that Dave, I have spoken to him via Skype and he's stated that he hasn't recovered the account. But I find it quite hard to believe that someone who does not have the information he has can lock and change the password for an account without the registered email address within 6 hours. I have looked over his profile and he's sold over 4 legit accounts which makes me think both ways. But I still believe it's quite impossible for someone else but him to recover the account as he stated he is the original owner. I have sent in an email to RuneScape/Jagex to recover the account, I should have a response within 2-5 days (hopefully on my side).

 

Let me know if things work out. If he cant recover it, he'll have to refund you.

I've banned the user as he continues to use the market with an active report on him, I've told him to contact Dave to get the situation sorted and he can then be unbanned.

 

Thanks for that, I just wish I could get my account back or a refund though. I have an AGS and over 70M in the bank.

 

Let me know if he recovers it. Also, just send me a PM if you don't hear from him to give me the heads up that he's disappeared with the money.
