Why was i banned:
HNCdicer here, I was banned for "Scamming" Divica 50$ (07 gp) in a charge back.

What Happened:
I sold some IRL items off criegslist, to customers at my work, ect. 250$ was charged back by some of those people, as well as some payed with paypals that were flagged by paypal. Paypal saw the recent transactions and flagged all transactions of mine within a 3 hour time frame. Diva's transaction was in that time frame, there for flagged as well. After COUNTLESS calls to paypal, submitting more ID, submitting proof of the transactions, emails back and fourth, my paypal was left in a negative state. Diva's transaction was charged back by Paypal. All money that was charged back by paypal on my behalf has been returned, and i am in debt to no one.

Why didnt i pay pay back faster?
As a 19 year old living by myself, money isnt plentiful. The loss made me miss rent, causing a fee, and just made my already hard financial times even harder. Until recently, I haven't had a job that does more than pay the bills and let me eat. I have been in touch with Jessica for most of these weeks, and was finally able to pay her back in full today, as well as others affected.

Why should I get a third chance?
To be honest i love this site, i do not think i deserve to be banned because paypal flagged my account. I have had a hate/hate relationship with paypal, however i have always payed back what is owed from their fuck ups.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

Like to address some issues that arose, TPMs report is childish at best.
To start off, id like to say that all the screenshots show are things that be easily looked up on sythe: my ban reason, my trouble with paypal, and the swap clans which I tried to create(iGod, True Gp).
Second, I have no idea how to do anything involved with blackhat. No way in hell I have the time to learn and frankly don't see the need to get involved with activities that could lead to jail time and hefty fines. Plus if people would send "hacked money" to my PayPal, I would have been charged back for 1000's of dollars.

Next, I would like to point out, my PayPal is 100% clean. If the INTERNATIONAL company thought I was involved with blackhat fraud, my account would be deleated as stated in their TOS.

My intentions have always been good. 50$ donator + Verified, 40+ vouches with mostly decent sized trades them going first, as well as 40+ dicing feedbacks where I have paid out over 600$ thru my PayPal without any problems!

If the votes against me are due to the TPM report, I have one question.

If you think I used hacked PayPals to buy on sythe, then why did you let me pay Diva, even though you think the money is stolen? That's accepting "known stolen goods" which i thought was against the rules.

If you agree with TPM, then Diva accepted stolen goods knowingly.

If you agree with me, then please provide a reason in saying no.

Don't mean to be a douche, just getting a bit mad.
