i think sythe chat is a bit inactive, and my suggestion is to have a sythe chat minirank for being online x hours, or posting x lines or something like that. Maybe more people would join

 

Or just have it as an overlay instead of an obscure hidden link that opens a popup.

But seriously stick a link to the chat along the top or make a big button that stands out or something. Unless people see the threads they won't know of its existence.

 

Idk, I think that it's better that only a minority of people know about it.
Those who show active interest in the site, rather than just for single purposes like the market, for example.

I support that change as well maybe something along the lines of what Facebook has? I know that's not very original but you could do something like it pops up and people you have friends or added would pop up and show that they're online as well?

I'm on the Nextgen Lite theme as I don't really like the new one. Richard could at least put it along the top.

 

There's a reason why it's a lite theme. I think we need to do something to bring more users into Sythe Chat as well, but I'm not exactly sure what. Also, I would be happy with a minirank.
