Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: It was three year's ago and i can't remember what i done to get banned or if someone was even scammed in the process. If i was to have the information on who it was then i will be willing to pay them back the full amount plus more for the inconvenience

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I got banned for ban evading, my last account got banned in 2010, over 3 years over. That account got banned for asking for skype names i think? I didn't know that this was against the rules, so i'm very sorry for that.
