Previous to using Sythe to run my team 'Team Tofu' I used Sythe on a personal account under the name of BakeyRS. It was always for occasional use that was unrelated to the Team Tofu name.

When Team Tofu was banned I was unsure as to the circumstances that a post could be made in this forum. I remember using my personal account to post a thread asking why the TeamTofu account had been banned in the dispute forum. Since I only used Sythe for Team Tofu's purposes for some time I didn't have any reason to reverse the ban. (I would like to add that since it has been a long time since then I don't really remember it well. My apologies for anything that is incorrect)

In the pardon for the TeamTofu account I was told to simply wait out the two week ban for fake vouching. I waited out this ban and continued to do legitimate services with a TWC. My old personal account remained banned over the incident and as such when someone decided to search through very old archived threads this was found.

Shortly following the ban I did use my personal account to post a quick thread with a video guide on my personal account. Other than that single thread which was to benefit the Sythe community there was no social interaction through the use of that account. My reasoning for posting this guide on my personal BakeyRS account was to hide my personal identity from the TeamTofu group (Because of RS communities). Now IP matches can be performed by anyone, so I don't doubt a number of people will realise that I would rather didn't associate me in-game with the Sythe services. I was planning to share this guide on Sythe at some point anyway but never got around to it previous to that date.

A check through the latest posts on that account would be able to show what I have written above. It is probably also worthwhile to point out that the pardon was posted before the thread by my personal account was posted, so I was not possible to add in anything to my pardon when I had been banned on that account after the pardon was posted. I do question why the TeamTofu account wasn't permanently banned though if it is grounds for it four months later.

I find it unreasonable that these actions would reason a permanent ban or even a temporary ban given the circumstances. Following the ban of my personal account I left it as I deemed it wasn't worth causing further issues when no harm had been caused. It's difficult to remember what happened after nearly half a year and the actions in question clearly had no impact on the legitimacy or quality of my team's trading.

The ban reason for bakey is Evasion - teamtofu

and tofu's ban reason is - not mentioning evasion.

So, the ban should have just been lengthened to 2 more weeks for both accounts. So I suggest team tofu is unbanned with a TWC and bakeys is given a TWC/SRB.
