How easy is a lol account to recover?

Hello Lol people,

I am looking it to buying an account, I have only dealt with runescape markets and know it is very easy to recover an account, I am wondering how careful I have to be buying a lol account

Riot's security is pretty bad compared to ither game companies. Accounts can still be recovered if the user is the original owner.

 

Even if i change email and pass and stuff?

 

If the original owner has enough info they can recover it back.
(Creation date , billings ect)

 

Accounts can always be recovered by the original owner.

However, if it remains in your possession for over 1 year, and then the original owner tries to recover it, it may simply go back and fourth from dispute to dispute.

 

Actually its not that easy depending if the original user remembers specific details. I have sold one of my LoL account and the user charged me back 2 days later after I got the appeal form I could not remember the first 3 champions I bought and therefore I could not get the account back so it merely depends on what the Original Owner can remember about the account and what not.

Thanks man, I'm not 100% sure it works but i presume so, if the buyer has no idea where his account has gone, how can he recover?

Take all the precautions you normally would with buying any other account. Make sure he is VERY trusted. I bought a $400 rs account from a semi-trusted guy and got scammed. Isn't worth the risk from a newcomer mate. Goodluck.

Doesn't matter which region the account is on, the OO can still file a hacked/lost account.
Even when I bought an account, I even changed username for the login and did all of the above you have listed, the OO can still retrieve the account.
Pretty stupid but you're not meant to sell the account
All you should do is print screen screenshots that you were playing on the account and maybe logs of the person selling the account to you.
You're not going to get your money back but might as well get the OO's account banned to teach them a lesson not to recall, true?

It's fairly easy to recover an account on any game. Runescape probably has a better system for this then League.

There's nothing stopping anybody from recovering the account, one thing I like is after a year or so it becomes nearly impossible to recover it unlike Runescape.

 

League of Legends is a cool game but the company is shit.

One of the most played game in the world and there's TOO MUCH things they refuse to do with it.

I don't need to list anything as many of you guys already know how bad they are at making decision.

 

Fairly easy to recover. Personally i'd make my own account and pay to get it powerleveled if I was looking for a smurf.

I'm willing to cough up some extra $ to know that my account is secure.

I'd really recommend not buying level 30 off of the bat. Climbing from 1 through 30 is one of the best learning experiences you can have. With a small champ pool, you are forced to practice and get good with only a few. Also, you are (mostly) playing with other new players, but in level 30's you could get randomly placed with someone who is on their 3000th match... even in normals.

If it's RP or IP that you are worried about, people do sell cheap RP packss, and you can use the RP to buy an IP boost.
