I'd just like to give an apology to n4n0 and Roary for having his pictures leaked, and for having to deal with the mess (Roary the latter, n4n0 both).

I realize that what I did was wrong, and I will no longer put myself in situations (or start them) involving drama on the forum. If I ever get involved in anything again, feel free to revoke my pardon. Sythe used to be a place for me to blow off some steam so I didn't really care, I'd just troll and screw around. But not being here makes me realize how much I appreciated it for having people to talk to, a way to purchase goods, and means for advertising my business.

Below was copy and pasted from my last pardon 5 days ago, which was not granted obviously...

I've been banned for both talking crap about n4n0 on Skype, and sharing a link to a website that had his nude pictures on it (again, on Skype). I already apologized to n4n0 for this, and I know that it was wrong. However, our bans really aren't justified. What was morally wrong shouldn't constitute our permanent ban from Sythe.org. I did not in any way hack the account to get the pictures, post them on Sythe, or otherwise do anything on Sythe.org related to the incident.

I realize that I'm 5 days early, but I hope Roary can realize that he's made a mistake in banning ACTIVE, TRUSTWORTHY members over this shit storm. This will be both my first, and last pardon for this incident (that actually counts). If the staff team does not decide I should return, then I will not, and I will not pardon again after this.

In my time here, I've made countless suggestions, thousands of posts, earned just under 200 vouches, and have been trusted with thousands. Most notably, I was recently trusted by Frenzy to pay out a $950 dice loss to her, and it's been a few months now with no dispute/charge back - which it's obviously too late to do now.

I feel that my ban, AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS, were not deserved. The only people who should be banned are the ones who hacked and were otherwise involved in the hacking of Trin's e-mail. I did NOT post the pictures on Sythe, or anything negative towards Ryan. I was mad about a recent situation with him and therefore made fun of his pictures in a Skype group chat.

Again, I realize I'm 5 days early, but I hope that I'm considered a valuable enough member to be re-considered to join the community. Really not sure how this will go, probably not too well, but meh. It's worth a shot.

Sorry Mike, I seriously do respect you, but I'm disgusted at the way you handled this situation....

I'll support you next time around for sure, but I don't like the way you acted at all, especially because even as you know, as a strong member of the community, you should have known better.
