He's not banned on powerbot yet, but he's still responsible for paying the user back or giving him the account back, as you can see from the report on powerbot he claims he is "busy" so he can't help the user get the account back (which is probably why they haven't banned him because he's acting like he will help when hes not "busy") The problem is as you can see from his sythe thread below, it is exactly the same as his thread on powerbot and if he is to busy to help recover the account why isn't he to busy to bump his thread here on sythe?

That report hasn't been completed and there's not enough proof so we'll have to wait till more proof is added. IF you see that pbot staff handles the report/more proof is added, please bump the thread/let me know.

 

Just an update the user was restricted from the market, given 24 hours to comply and the MM posted that he recorded the trade and is willing to share it privately with the staff of powerbot as it has his username in the video.

The main reason it seems so fishy is that the MM said he claimed that he was to busy to handle it atm, meanwhile shortly after he bumps his thread on sythe and is active on here, while ignoring the requests of the staff at powerbot.

Looks like the user is going to be refunded, keep a watch on it and let me know!

 

Just noticed he's claimed he would refund the user, but is now banned on powerbot so i'm guessing he didn't refund him, I'll be looking in to this a bit more so if needed i'll post more here once i have more info on the situation.
