    Finally resolved my dispute in the correct manner, I just feel you should come across a bit more nicer, especially in disputes.
    Something I notice in disputes here is you get 1 word replies, or a few words, should be more professional imo as you can drive people away with smark comments.
    I'm sure you are a nice guy.

    After handling nearly 2,000 disputes I've become a bit jaded - there are so many people that are full of shit that it's just not worth anyone's time to give them anything more than 1 word responses, if not just post deletions.

    I'd say about 90% of disputes are just ban evaders trying to find a moderator slip up and lift their ban so they can scam.
