Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned for self vouching on my account "jtaguser2010" and then i evaded the ban on my account "matchh" i knew evading was wrong but i was dissappointed because i just wanted to be part of the community.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

what happened was i actually sold my IRL friend a runescape member upgrade and he created an account and vouched me. i think his user was "cynderdeath" i wasn't aware at the time that it was counted as self vouching and i didnt really think much of it.

i was talking to a friend and he said the rules have changed and self vouching is no longer a permanent ban. The account "jtaguser2010" has been banned nearly 4 years now so if its not a permanent ban that should expire soon yes? so then i wouldnt be vading on "matchh" anymore.

I really just want to be a part of the community again, ive never scammed and i had a fair amount of trust/vouches on my account "matchh" that i got from my passion (GFX).

If I'm not mistaken, self vouch related perm bans can be reversed so long as the only ban is for self vouching.

If your story checks out, and you were indeed only banned for self vouching, then I support an unbanning with a TWC, as per the rules of handling fake vouching.
