usfine.com review - Do not give them business!

Recently sold an oldschool RS account to usfines.com through their account seller who goes by the skype name/account of coolyou4account and coolyou8. The agreement to this website was that they had 4 weeks to sell the account, if it was not sold by then, I could recover it back. A payment for the account was not to be made to me until after the account was sold.

After 4 weeks, the account is still not sold. after requesting to get the account back, I was begged by them for "1 more week" to allow them to sell it. Finally they ended up telling me I could not have my account back and that's that. I do have complete Skype chat proof with both of these guys and I will share it over pms to people who need to see the proof. Please do pm me about it as I would love for this site to be exposed as scammers. Apologies if this thread is in wrong section, please move it if it is.

At the end, I was told to "Recover the account by myself" When the email was changed and I very well cannot recover the account without emailing Jagex which I am waiting for a reply from them to do so.
In the end this website is a complete scam and I am warning all to not do business with them.

Why would you sell it to any 3rd party just baffles me. You sell it for less then half what you could get it for on sythe. As long as you use a MM its pretty safe, obviously a lot safer then usfine.

 

people who use third party sites for example: rs3pal they are almost 24/7 on and reliable and quick so most people tend to use those but their prices are usually ridiculous

 

Reliable and quick are not words I would use to describe any gold selling website. On Sythe there will always be someone willing to sell you gold in the next 10 mins for 25% less than the chinese gold farmers.

 

I think what they meant when they told you "okay you can do it by yourself" was okay then recover it agreeing with your previous statement "Please let me recover the account". Doesn't look like (from that convo anyway) they're refusing to help you recover the account, just trying to prolong it until it's sold if anything. Did you try asking directly for the info they changed it to so that you could change the info?

Edit: Not to mention in your picture there is a good 30 minutes of the convo edited out before the point they tell you that you have 2 choices.

 

I don't see a problem here. It's not like they scammed you. You knew that if the account wasn't sold, you had the option to recover it or wait longer.

 

If they changed the email to theirs, then told him to recover without helping him seems like a problem

 

Yes I have learned my lesson about selling to these third party sites, and the edited out region contains too much irrevelent info, if you would really like me to show you what I didn't include in the pics pm me and I can give you the pics. Also, They changed the email to theirs. Then refused to assist me in recovering the account. I hope you understand why that would be considered stealing..

 

I did not make this post to receive any sympathy or aid, I made it to alert others of this. If anything, it is just another reason why I should have gone through Sythe and used a mm.

 

PM the full evidence to Sythe (Richard) and he will no longer allow them to advertise on his site if they are scamming.

 

Thanks for the heads up, though I do wonder why you tried to sell your account to a website when you are registered on sythe, and can do it much safer on here?

 

Selling an account as a low vouch user is nearly impossible.

 

This. Nobody trusts us newbies in the Sythe community! Which is completely understandable.

 

I've experienced similar service from them, you're much better off buying from a reputable member on Sythe.org!

If you find it difficult to sell because of low rep, one thing you might consider doing is using PlayerAuctions as your sale method, as most Sythe users are familiar with the service.

Well, according to Roary, "it's not really scamming because they gave me permission to recover the account back". TBH I find this completely rediculous and Roary... lol. All I have to say to you. Besides that, Thanks so much to the ones who understood my frustration and again, this post was just an attempt to keep others from being scammed in the future. thats y i never sell to websites lol rather sell on here( i know it would be hard to sell for u for obvious reasons that u alrdy stated)
