Just Scam Report [New]

I've decided to make a repolished report on this as I've done some of my own research and wanted to reflect on the other two reports that I've seen.

Through Just's responses there are a few clear points on interest:

1. He may have been banned originally on Powerbot for the reasons that were admitted in this reply. HOWEVER; There is later proof that he used two seperate accounts at once, "Noise" and "Just". Jake Kastle has posted proof of this in his report showing that he used both of his accounts in combination in order to unfairly boost his bids. This is a very deceptive tactic, and there is concrete proof that he did this. Even if Powerbot did not seem to "catch" him in the act of doing this and banned him for some other purpose, there still should be light shined upon this infraction and deceptive behaviour.

2. His shop thread shows that all of his names have at least 50M in bids on them, and now is proceeding to say that his current bids are actually starting bids. Nothing is wrong with this, HOWEVER; he specified that these were actual bids, and not the starting point of the bid. Another deceptive tactic used similar to the one on powerbot.

3. He is trying to cowardly back down from all of these claims and act as if justice was served. Acting as if Jake Kastle is "Butt hurt"? I don't really understand how this is a valid claim. There is plenty of proof that this user is harmful, deceptive and untrustworthy in the market. Even though the powerbot ban happened 9 months ago, deceptive tactics are still used to manipulate his buyers on Sythe.org.

4. Also, purchasing a donor rank and earning 30 more vouches over a 6 month period doesn't prove you trustworthy at all. For an active market user that is an extremely average amount of activity.

5. He has done something wrong; thats the reason for these fully-descriptive reports on how he poses a negative influence on the community by using deceptive marketing tactics to upswing bids.

For all we know "Just" has alternate accounts on this site which hes using to swing bids and raise them on his shop and other shops, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if this was true. Getting a Twc for a short period of a time a few months ago was a very light penalty and he deserved a full ban for what should have been investigated further.

These images prove that both accounts were used simultaneously, and that one wasn't created because the other was banned, however one was still used after the other was banned. This is completely malicious behaviour and should not have any place on these forums..

 

I'm going to go ahead and PM Just and let him know that any more funny business with fake bids and such either off-site or onsite will result in a ban. He's already been TWC'd and staff gave him a chance because we trust him. However, I am very unhappy with the fake bid. I'm going to give him one final warning, any more funny business will result in his banning.
