    Why don't we move somewhere like Tumblr? I've seen a fair few Runescape/WoW/LoL blogs and if we advertise our competitions and/or market section, we could also get someone to run it who also posts progressions and get more people interested in that section.

    Just throwing an idea out there, you can change it around etc.. but Facebook won't work as Roary said.

    Didn't really put much thought into it, but when you search "Runescape" on tumblr you get all the Runefags blogs and they're always showing off their expensive gear/expensive items and I was thinking if we make a tumblr for Sythe.org advertising our "cheap" gold - it might lure people in.
    We could also advertise our competitions such as the current Christmas one telling them about the RSGP prizes, getting more people to sign up.

    Yeah, but those posts just need one person with loads of followers to reblog it, and it's usually something funny or else people don't want it on their blog. The regular trackers are few. I mean, no harm in trying but I had an RS blog before when I played and it was pretty hard to get big, as opposed to my normal blog now - it's 100x easier to get social reach.
