There is no option to delete a post in News & Announcements. Seems it was missed somehow when the section was made.

 

Basically recently this issue came up:

On my profile, clicking on the:
Find all posts by Trent!
Find all threads started by Trent!

Find all posts by Trent! works perfectly fine, and sends me to the right url
Find all threads started by Trent! is where things go wrong. For some reason, it's not linking me to the right url. It sending me to the 'Find all threads started by Trent" instead. The difference is subtle but ultimately completely wrong. It links me to the threads posted by a completely different user. The only difference is that my username is Trent! and his is Trent. I can't even figure out how to actually go to the right url because this is so messed up. I think it may be related to the SytheChat, but I could be wrong. My SytheChat is also listed as "trent" so that's why I think that may be related to the issue.

The link for PMing me also works fine.

I think the threads one may not be working because it's searching by name (and incorrectly, I might add). Posts works fine because it searches by user ID instead. Maybe setting the threads URL to search for ID would be more accurate and an easy fix?

Hopefully y'all can fix this soon, as it'd be nice for others and myself experiencing this issue to be able to not have these kinds of errors and bugs.

Sythe has been lagging, not loading any pictures for sometimes minutes and pretty much acting slow for the last ~8hrs or so

 

i cant even quote your post sythe. Its been lagging hard for me atm and icons not showing and stuff

 

Tbh I think it has to do with the SytheChat status icon.
it's the only thing not loading for me atm, and it's really slow to stop loading it

Not sure if I can post it here. I wouldn't want to create a new thread for just for it.

Apparently, Superman deleted a thread in Donor Lounge and it wasn't remove completed. It leaves a redirect I suppose?

 

Deleted stickies are for staff to see only. Deleted posts appear in the Donor Lounge, Spam forum and Sandbox + subsection.

 

Is that deleted sticky so important it has to stay there for only staff to see? I'm pretty sure once you read something once you don't need to re-read it every time you enter the donor lounge.

 

I believe I'm having similar issues. Ranks, signatures, sometimes even threads just taking minutes to load. Then when the threads are done loading some pictures are still not showing.

 

I don't know if someone has mentioned this before here but the Recovery Email is not working. At first it was sending no email, but now even when it is, the link attracted states the link is wrong. I've been trying for over a month perhaps to recover my account and at this point really ticked. :L

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems deleted posts are showing wrong time for me.


No big deal, but it's kinda weird how it picks up the proper day/month/year thingy but doesn't convert the time properly.
