If i were you, i'd get 95 prayer and overloads. Spend the rest on armour so you can easily make it back bossing.

 

I'd personally just skill like fuck. I absoutely love skilling, so i'd just get some nice 99's.

i would say get 96 herblore and 95 prayer which should only cost around 175m depending on current levels, Also if you don't have 96 summong yet i would suggest camping rock lobsters for the charms it should take around 75 hours to get 21k charms which will get you from 80-96 summoning and only cost you around 30mish for the runes and 40m to make all the granite lobsters. then with the remaining cash look into buying full virtus with wand and book that way you can start to pvm effectively
