How many hours do you sleep every night?

Average of 5 hours I guess. I stay up late all night until morning, then I regret it as soon as I wake up.

 

4 at the moment, moving to uni stress!

 

i sleep aalot 8+

 

not enough for me i like/able to sleep 10-12hrs but mostly its 6-8

An update now that I'm at Uni: about 3. lol

 

8 on weekdays, 9-10 on weekends

 

I know a ridiculously insomniac Japanese girl who claims to get about 3-5 hours sleep a week. I can't grasp how she even lives.

Personally I sleep for about 6-10 hours, depending on my commitments and how late I'm up.

 

6-8 hours a day

 

2-6 hours on weekdays, 9-14 hours on weekends.

 

Usually between 4-5 hours per night on the weekdays, and around 8 on the weekends.

 

I aim for 8 hours a night but most of the time that doesn't happen and i get around 4-6 hours on average

 

Usually 4-6 but on days where I'm not busy I sleep about 10 (being too lazy to get up on alarms).

 

0.5 - 5 hrs during the week (natural) or up to 9 hrs drug induced. I've got fluctuating insomnia.

On weekends when stress is slow I recover with anywhere between 9-14 hrs.

 

5-6 hours.

 

6 hours - 7 hours tops with university and other things to attend to.

 

6-10 hours .

 

4 hours every night no matter what happens, drunk or not. I hate the weekends because if N4N0 and I are up all night (til like 4 or 5am), we'll go to bed at the same time and I will wake up 5-6 hours before him. I just don't know how he does it. I'll start to try to passively wake him up around noon but he still won't wake up for another 3 or so hours. -.- I would kill to sleep for 8-10 hours.

 

Back at home now for 4 weeks so getting my 8 hours again
