Keldeo/bleuskittle High Pardon. [first Time Ban Evader]

Hello all, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my pardon; as it will probably be a long read.


My first two attempts at a pardon and original ban reason can be found here

I am seeking a pardon for these reasons:

-Not keeping my account secure
-Ban evading


As mentioned in my first and second pardons I failed to keep my account secure

Ban evading on KELDEO

After my second pardon was denied (not enough support in 7 days) I was crushed. I have never scammed anybody nor do I ever have any intention to, I was mad and felt that it was unjust that I was to stay banned for the actions of my friend so I ban evaded (on KELDEO) My intention was to continue to trade and use sythe as normal until I was a respected member of the community and then create a pardon (the reasoning behind this is because I believed nobody really knew who I was therefore they would not support my pardon.



Evidence held against me

The only sythe accounts I have ever owned are KELDEO and BLEUSKITTLE
AS I mentioned above, my friend was a serial ban evader and used my account (while we were living together) to scam a user.

I obviously have no hard evidence to show that he used my account, so I'll just post what I have

-He has only ever ban evaded with one email ([email protected]) and one skype (Dirtyeskimo44)
- All of his banned accounts were not active in the areas I was in (except we both played runescape)
-All of his accounts had nothing to do with the community, rather just trading in mind
-Some of his accounts were active (and banned) while my account (BLEUSKITTLE) was active and trading.
- Until the point of where my account was banned I only ever used [email protected] Then after a point of inactivity my account posts adding somebody under dirtyeskimo


Why you should support my pardon:

I have never and never had any intentions to scam any sythe members, I would in fact say that I do the opposite, having banned many scammers.

In conclusion I hope that you will support my pardon, I have never scammed and only have good intentions on sythe. Ban evading was wrong and wont happen again, if I do not receive enough support in 7 day you will not have any issues with me ban evading, I will come back to sythe in 6 months and post another high pardon.​

 

Support once you pay the users back or show proof that you have attempted to pay them back.

 

Support once the users have been refunded. Also note while being banned he has submitted proof which led to the banning of atleast 2 vaders.

Thanks Dave, I think I already contacted you on skype about this. Sadly his account has been inactive since he was scammed :\ I have sent him Pm's (if admins want to check my pm history on KELDEO and DALEK it should be there)
To all looking keep in mind I will paid what is owed. If the user does not become active again I can give the money to a moderator to hold onto; or I can donate the money to sythe (if user becomes active again I'll obviously pay what is owed )

Keep in mind I'm not just doing this because of what has happened recently. I have made threads against ban evaders/scammers before I was banned on KELDEO.

Hey Superman, Thanks for posting! if you think there was something I could have done better or something I could do before my next pardon (if this one gets denied) I would really appreciate you letting me know.​

 

I will support this on the basis that users are refunded, or if you are unable to contact them, showing evidence that you attempted to do so.

This is a very strange story, though after doing some research in your past, I found indisputable proof that Tyler #2 exists and believe HE was the one that scammed.

All information that lead to my decision is hidden in the deleted post above me, for mods only to see. This because it includes some private information (FB profiles, photo's etc.)

Though this is not necessary, I'd like for you to donate the same amount as was scammed to any good cause. This because you gave a scammer access to your account and this caused others harm.

Refund them, then make a pardon. Until then, no support.

I'm going to bump this seeing as I have 5 supports and just need a global + to move it to stage 2.

As mentioned previously multiple times on my thread, I have contacted the user via sythe PM on KELDEO and DALEK, if any Admin can look through my PM's (I'm pretty sure I cant access these while banned)

If for some reason my pardon gets denied while in the second stage I would appreciate it if any person(s) voting in that stage could let me know what I could do to have a better chance at my next pardon.
