Before i begin my essay, I know users have a 6 month wait period for each pardon, but in this current "case" I believe we need to closely look at what actually happened. Also if there is anyway i can contact a higher on skype such as Sythe Owner I would realy love the chance to.

I can't stay away from Sythe, its like a drug to me, everyday i come on the forums as an unregistered user just looking . I have been very loyal to the sites rules, never ban evaded (check all IP history), never scammed. Pardon's are here for users to express and show how they have changed after "scamming or doing something close to scamming - such as black-hat activities" I have NEVER on Sythe or any other community scammed a user I have just been banned for a very small mistake I made and this has ruined me dearly. I know i have not been a good "hit" for Sythe, and I can see that many people hate, and have hated me since i joined for reasons which I fully understand. I mean I know I have made mistakes but everyone makes mistakes maybe not the same or as bad as mine but we all deserve a second chance as mistakes are what make you a better person (believe it or not) Each mistake you make gives you something to reflect on and fix, I have done the reflection part and now im trying to fix it.

I think in the last Pardon, I reflected on all the bad things that have happened and didn't have the chance to state all the good things i've been doing since i left sythe and didnt get the chance to explain why i was actually banned from sythe in the first place.



Why was I banned?

I was banned from sythe for falling asleep on a 90m EoC trade. I know this is not an everyday thing and I certainly did not mean for this to happen. Why did i fall asleep?

Well that is pretty much unexplainable however i can say and prove I am up late almost all the time making trades; reason.. that i'm in the UK and most of the time the big trades/valuable trades are made when the American's get Online. Also for the fact that I was in college at the time so getting on during the day was pretty impossible.

What have i done to prove i have changed?

Even though there was nothing really to change from other then the use of laptop in my bed i did do some new things..
Well. When i was banned from Sythe I immediately knew i would have to do something or find something to do for the next 6 months (Didn't really think i would get denied the first time) and i did just that. I went onto a botting site. Using exactly THE SAME skype since i knew i had nothing to hide. I even made it clear to people why i was banned on sythe. I quickly aquired a whole ton of feedback making both big and small trades on the site TriBot. I made it to 300 Feedbacks Overall and was #1 ranking, until a user decided to make a false statement which then went on and got me banned from the site. (For details on what the user did please ask I can explain everything.) After being banned from tribot (One of the reasons being banned from sythe) I then went onto OsBot. I was very new on the site and did start of how every new member starts, 0 feedback. I used the same skype name on there also.. now after 4 months of (taking accusations of scamming on sythe) hard work and determination I am now ranked #1 feedback with 1.1k+ Feedback. I have traded over 20b 07 and 20b eoc, and not only that I have gained trust from many respectable members on YOUR site. These members such as "Divica", SweetyChilli and "TheBlackTux". Not going into much detail but Divica has trusted me with around a total of $800 USD where as TheBlackTux has trusted me to work with him on our automatic membership site "autoupgrade.me" (which is doing great).

I have also had trades 10 times the size of the trade that got me banned.

I thank you so much for taking your time to read this it was writen from the heart. I understand you may deny this as an early entry but please i ask of you to look at the reason why i was actually banned and think if it was actually worthy of a ban. Right now i would take anything.. even if i had to have TwC for a year or ban from certain sections of the site I would take it, i would just like my access to posting on the site back. Sorry if any grammer was off point I have tried to keep everything straight and to the point, and i hope you will give me a chance. I know in real life most rules are not overulled however in certain cases there should always be a way, please give me that way. In the last pardon i believe i had support from every Moderator, if there is ANYTHING i can do please let me know as im desperate to get back to my home.

I was banned on powerbot recently because i apparently was "hacked" on PB.

It was hard for me to believe since i had never been hacked in the past or hacked on any other sites during the time of the "Powerbot" hackings". Anyway.. the "hacker" (who i believed to be an admin..) apparently had scammed a user 100m 07 Gold. I couldn't believe since like i said i had not been hacked on anything else. But just so you know I was completely open to paying 100m just to get unbanned and was also ready to pay in timely fashion.

So as you can see im really not here to harm anyone, I just want to get back to what i was doing.

Also.. the user that "apparently" got scammed 100m by the hacker.. was recently banned for scamming. Very Sketchy.

have i not shown remorse or change? i mean i just went on to get 1000 feedbacks on another site after getting banned from sythe... if thats not enough i dont know what is? Can you tell me what you want me to do to prove to you my "change" if we even call it that? I never scammed anyone, have never been involved in anything against the rules i come back to the site with 1k+ feedback a few months later and thats not enough? What else can i do? plz tell me, you seem to like saying no to all of my pardons and also others i've read..

 

I dont even use the laptop in my bed anymore since the incident i've moved to a table.

If need i will give out all of my personal info, everything facebook, where i live, bank details, family info.. everything my occupations.. where my mum/dad work everything,
i just want to be allowed back..
i can get my friend to vouch for me,.. they can even say "if i scam they will pay the user back" im serious i will get my whole family to make a sythe account and get verified users if i scam, ill give you all their info...

DivicaSales with 2.5k+ Offsite and 1.5k+ site vouches are willing to "cover" ANY "scams" that "may" (definately wont anyway..) take place in the first few months, can ask them to confirm that.. they live next to me irl.. they know all of my information. Please ask them if you need confirm this
