I have added everyone who has replied to the above post and tried to message them but can't seem to get a reply even after they add me .

I added the person i wronged, but have been unable to talk to said person. I am unsure about the next step.

Could a staff member add and message me on skype? agentwhitek is my skype i believe

Now that you've attempted to get in contact with the user, you can actually go ahead and post your pardon so long as you can post some proof that you did attempt to contact the guy.

If you are unbanned via your pardon, you will have to pay back the user if he ever turns up.
