banned for "intent to scam"

how was i intending to scam? can i see proof and if so can you check ip logs or anything to see if it was even me because i have never scammed and never have thought of it.

i really dont know what to say or how to dispute because i dont know why i was even banned

I don't feel that this warrants any ban, much less a permanent ban. Can this ban please be reconsidered?

 

Knowingly selling something that you know will be worth nothing in 24 hours is scamming

I don't know anything about that private server but thats the basic cncept I got out of that

 

I don't have a problem with him selling the items if hes being honest about it. If somebody wants to buy it, thats their problem. However, he made it clear that his intent was to sell these to people who were oblivious to the fact that the server was going down.

He was trying to scam people, thats the bottom line. I am 100% behind this ban.

 

Well, the user had no previous history of trading fatality GP and (seemingly) posted that randomly, check out his post history http://puu.sh/5rZ5U/126fdcc6c8.png. I think he might have been joking. The user also has several positive trades since June 2013. In http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1601256-selling-dung-lent-items-soulsplit.html, the user advertised a soulsplit account and later closed the sale when the account was banned instead of continuing to try to sell the account (scamming).

I still feel as though this only warrants a TWC at most, not a permanent ban from the forums.
