I was banned a fair few years ago, I'm not actually sure why, I was inactive at the time.

However I find myself playing runescape again and wanting to deal with black market tradings and so wish my account to be restored.

I never scammed anyone, I was accused of it, but never did. I was younger (4 years or so I think I got banned) I've grown up alot, and whilst I never did scam anyone, I was immature, so may have said inappropriate things, I'm not sure.

Due to the length of time I've been banned and my gained maturity (now 21 years old) I would please request a Pardon.

That appeal was handled incorrectly seeing as he mistook you for another member, however you did ban evade. That ban evasion was recent so I'm going to say no support on this one.
