Such a waste of time. Basically he sold me 40 2 day codes for $8. Got the codes then sent him the money. Naturally, I used the codes all at once (every xbox live code is stackable; I wasn't told these were trials beforehand keep in mind). So, two days later, I run out of xbox live. I tell him I'm going to need another code, he laughs, calls me an idiot and tells me that it's my fault for not knowing they were trials and they didn't stack.

Decided to be nice and contact xbox and even they couldn't do anything. Still says it's my fault and refuses any type of refund. Even goes to the idiotic extent of posting our chat in general discussion as some asinine form of "punishment" I believe.

Clearly I said that I was redeeming them, and he even went on to ask which number I was on. (out of 40) So he could have even corrected me there and said "hey they aren't stackable."

 

I'd personally say that sellinanbuyinrsgold should owe Jiwi some sort of compensation. Especially after not making it very clear that the codes don't stack. If it's a commonly known and accepted thing that codes stack, the user should have made it very apparent especially after asking "how many have you used so far/what # you on"

I'd say that he should refund him $4/$8, will ask for other staff input though.

 

So here's the whole Skype chat I literally copied and pasted all of it here. he was aware that they were 2 day codes, there are no 2 day gold codes they are all considered trial codes. that's why they are 2 days. he threatened me from the get go, that's why I was so pissy with them. and why do you buy a product and not know how to use it? and im supposed to be held liable for someone messing up? excuse me? I am a new seller, I provide product I have no privacy policy or ''customer support'' im not a store, im 1 person. this is a black market. also if he's so respected, why would he threaten to get me banned before he even tried to fix the issue? Hello! that's an easy way to piss someone off. my actions were justified by his. enough of the talking let's get to the conversation.

this is no different than a mod running around saying they're a mod and threatning people for no reason and then saying they will get you banned if you don't do something, except this kids not a mod. you see my point of view towards the end. im a new seller and I don't sell these things normally I only had these because that was how I was paid. im not gonna buy something from the store and not know how to use it unless I know it comes with instructions. that's common sense, that's like me buying a Bike and not knowing how to ride it.
