Unfair Ban

For blackhat activities. I'd like to defend myself.

I'm allowed to have an account on other forums, other members do, and I know that for a fact.

Buying a stresser IS NOT ILLEGAL/BLACKHAT. I have my own website I use to teach myself MyBB administration and I can USE THE STRESSER PICTURED TO TEST ITS DDOS CAPACITY.

For the same website, learning SQL protection/attacks is helpful for me to learn how to COUNTER said attacks. Nowhere in his post is there any evidence, circumstantial or otherwise that indicates that I would EVER attack a Sythe.org member - in fact many members know otherwise.

I'm assuming the main reason I was banned was my inquiry to the guy selling a sythe.org account. I wanted to keep that private, but I've spoken to admins (Roary I know for a fact read the PM, and I also shot it to Govind and Sythe himself) about it.

Note: eWhoring is actually something I've never done, I have packs for it but I've never used them, as a) I don't like the idea of using such a pathetic method of money making and b) I'm pretty sure after looking over them that the OP leaked what wasn't actually his. Those packs ARE NOT ILLEGAL, in the same way that PORN SITES ARE NOT ILLEGAL.

If people want proof that I own a website, even if it's just for myself, post below and I can link it, as well as video my logging into the back-end if need be.

I do believe you'd have to go through a pardon process.

 

I'm fine with an unban. I believe he's a whitehat user and hasn't been detrimental to the site at all.

Would like to Upper Staff input on this.


Edit: I was under the impression he would have to pardon and admit to owning ewhore packs and stressers etc. but only out of interest/site protection/safety/testing.

Oh, in that case, I would like to see a formal high pardon. One that admits to DDoSing etc.

I mean, your frequent activity on there is questionable to say the least. Testing stressers and SQL on your own site is fair enough, but we're only going by what you're saying by accepting that - and the e-whore packs leave me dubious also. Owning them isn't illegal but using them is scamming. I doubt you'd got them or purchased them and never actually used it.

I'd like to see you go through the pardon process.
