Macro Program?

So.. I am using a program called ShortKeys in work as I am currently having to continuously type out a few phrases over and over. So it speeds my work up A LOT.
However I was wondering if anyone knew of a program where it can press Ctrl + b first and then type what I wanted? As in I press 1 and it hits "Ctrl+B, then types what I want". That would speed up my work further and I could get a lot more done.

 

That should be pretty easy with autohotkey.

I'm trying this, but I don't script so I have no idea if it's right..

Send the writing I want goes here

Send ^B
Send the other writing I want goes here 2
return

It doesn't seem to be pressing Ctrl+B though..

 

This works for me

Send ^bOther text
return

I think it needs to be a lowercase b

 

Ahhh yeah, it works now
I just need to add a small delay between pressing ctrl+b and it should be perfect.

 

If you want a separate program that does it I can make you something for like $5
