I found out he had a skype match with this user on powerbot who is banned;

And when I googled the powerbot user, I found this thread which has been deleted;

Usually these threads are deleted and the posters are banned because it's some sort of scam/phish attempt, and I couldn't find a report on him.. so.

 

I've PM'd a powerbot staff user to get the ban reason, now we wait .
